Privacy Policy

The following capitalised terms shall have the following meaning, except where the context otherwise requires:
1.1. "Effective Date" - the date set out at the top of these Terms.
1.2. "Intellectual Property Rights" - all intellectual property, including patents, trade marks, rights in goodwill, database rights and rights in data, rights in designs, copyrights and topography rights (whether or not any of these rights are registered, and including applications and the right to apply for registration of any such rights) and all inventions, rights in know-how, trade secrets and confidential information, customer and supplier lists and other proprietary knowledge and information and all rights under licences and consents in relation to any such rights and all rights and forms of protection of a similar nature or having equivalent or similar effect to any of these which may subsist anywhere in the world for their full term, including any renewals and extensions.
1.3. "Privacy Policy - the privacy policy of the Waqas Ahmad from time to time.
1.4. "Service" - the provision of the Website and the Product.
1.5. "Registration Details" - the details a User must provide upon registering for the Website from time to time (for example: name, phone numbers, email address, age and/or address).
"Unacceptable" - any material or information uploaded to or made available on the Website which under the law of any jurisdiction from which the Website may be accessed may be considered:
1.5.1. illegal, illicit, indecent, obscene, racist, offensive, pornographic, paedophilic, insulting, false, unreliable, misleading, harmful or potentially harmful to minors, threatening, libellous, alleged to be or actually defamatory or in infringement of third party rights (of whatever nature and including, without limitation, any Intellectual Property Rights), invasive of another’s privacy or other rights, to relate to or encourage money laundering or illegal gambling;
1.5.2. in breach of any applicable laws, regulations, standards or codes of practice (notwithstanding that compliance may not be compulsory);
1.5.3. in contravention of legislation, including without limitation, that relating to weapons, animals or alcohol; or
1.5.4. harmful to the Waqas Ahmad’s reputation.

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Waqas Ahmad. Additionally, when using a portion of the Service, you agree to conform to any applicable posted guidelines for such Service, which may change or be updated from time to time at our sole discretion. These Terms are made between PakTutorr and you ("you" or the "User").

2.1. Waqas Ahmad is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

2.2. The PakTutorr app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide my Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the PakTutorr app won’t work properly or at all.

The app does use third-party services that declare their Terms and Conditions.

2.3. You should be aware that there are certain things that Waqas Ahmad will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Waqas Ahmad cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

2.4. If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

2.5. Along the same lines, Waqas Ahmad cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Waqas Ahmad cannot accept responsibility.

2.6. With respect to Waqas Ahmad’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Waqas Ahmad accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

2.7. The User hereby warrants and represents to the Waqas Ahmad that it is at least eighteen years of age and has the lawful authority to enter into contracts and publish User Material on PakTutorr Mobile App.

2.8. Waqas Ahmad reserves the discretion to withdraw any Material or User Material from the Website without prior notice and to refuse any User Material posted or provided to the PakTutorr by a User

2.9. The User’s Registration Details and data relating to its use of the Website will be recorded by the Waqas Ahmad but this information shall not be disclosed to third parties (otherwise than on an aggregated, anonymous basis, or in accordance with the Privacy Policy) nor used for any purpose unrelated to the PakTutorr Mobile Application.

2.10. If the User does not wish the Waqas Ahmad to use its information as set out in Clause 2.9 above, it should leave the PakTutorr Mobile Application before submitting its personal details.

2.11. User must keep confidential any user identification and password details set-up or given to you as part of my security procedures and must not disclose them to any third party.

2.12. Waqas Ahmad reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s account where, in its absolute discretion, it deems the User has breached these terms or deems such suspension or termination is otherwise appropriate. In the event of such suspension or termination, Waqas Ahmad will notify the User by email and the User must not seek to re-register on any Website either directly or indirectly through a related entity. Waqas Ahmad's rights under this Clause 2.12 shall not prejudice any other right or any rights, obligations or liabilities accrued prior to such suspension or termination.

2.13.1 not use the PakTutorr Moblile Application or the Service in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms, or act fraudulently or maliciously, for example, by hacking into or inserting malicious code, such as viruses, or harmful data, into the PakTutorr or any Service or any operating system;

2.13.2 not transmit any material designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of the PakTutorr Moblile Application or the Service.

2.13.3 not use any automated software to view the Service without our consent (including use of spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download or scrape data from the Service, except for internet search engines (e.g, Google) and non-commercial public archives (e.g. archive.org) that comply with our robots.txt file) and only access the Service manually;

2.13.4 not attempt to copy any Material or reverse engineer any processes without the Waqas Ahmad’s consent;

2.13.5 not contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted, or make unsolicited contact with anyone for any commercial purpose; "stalk" or otherwise harass anyone;

2.13.6 not conduct yourself in an offensive or abusive manner whilst using the PakTutorr Mobile Application or the Service;

2.13.7 not collect personal data about other Users or entities for commercial or unlawful purposes;

2.14. not transmit any User Material that: harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful towards any individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age or disability; includes personal or identifying information about another person without that persons's explicit consent; impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Waqas Ahmad employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents an affiliation with a person or entity; is protected by copyright or patent, protected by trade secret or trademark, or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission or a license from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant the Waqas Ahmad all of the license rights granted herein; infringes any of the foregoing Intellectual Property Rights of any party, or is User Material that you do not have a right to make available under any law, regulation, contractual or fiduciary relationship(s); constitutes or contains "pyramid schemes", "jokes", "affiliate marketing," "link referral code," "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "bait marketing", "negative option marketing", "referral selling" or unsolicited advertisements of a commercial nature; constitutes or contains any form of advertising or solicitation if: (i) posted in areas or categories of the Website which are not designated for such purposes; or (ii) e-mailed to the Waqas Ahmad Users who have requested not to be contacted about other services, products or commercial interests; and includes links to commercial services or third party websites, except as specifically allowed by the Waqas Ahmad.

2.15. By submitting User Material on the PakTutorr Mobille Application or otherwise, the User grants Waqas Ahmad a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, modify and edit the User Material. Waqas Ahmad will not pay the User any fees whatsoever for the User Material and reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove or edit the User Material at any time. The User warrants and represents that it has all rights, consents and/or authorisations in respect of the User Material necessary to grant Waqas Ahmad these rights.

2.16. Waqas Ahmad permits the User to post User Material on the PakTutorr Mobile Application in accordance with the Waqas Ahmad’s procedures provided that User Material is not illegal, misleading, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory or otherwise objectionable to the Waqas Ahmad. You must not post any Unacceptable material and, in respect of any User Material you post, you warrant that it is not Unacceptable.

2.17. You understand and agree that sending unsolicited email advertisements or other unsolicited communications to the Waqas Ahmad addresses or through the Waqas Ahmad computer systems are expressly prohibited by these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that from time to time Waqas Ahmad may monitor email usage using human monitors or automated software to flag certain words associated with spam or scams in emails that are sent between one User to another in the Waqas Ahmad’s e-mail system. Any communication between yourself and any other User utilising the communication features available on the Service and Waqas Ahmad may be used only in accordance with these Terms.

2.18. Any unauthorised use of the Waqas Ahmad's computer systems is a violation of these Terms and certain applicable laws, in particular the cyber crimes legislation in Pakistan. Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties. Please note that the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 carries significant penalties including imprisonment. In case you intend to solicit or contact our Users by obtaining their email or phone numbers from PakTutorr Mobile Application, I may report this behavior to the relevant authorities, who then may decide to prosecute you under the relevant laws of Pakistan.

2.19. At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android – the requirements for the system(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Waqas Ahmad does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

I may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

Waqas Ahmad built the PakTutorr app as an Ad Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Waqas Ahmad at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at PakTutorr unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

3.1.1 When you visit the PakTutorr Mobile Application or create a login in and password to access the Services, you may be asked to provide information about yourself. This may include: (i) your name and contact details, including email address and telephone number; (ii) information to enable us to check and verify your identity and such other information as we may from time to time require to provide you the Services and comply with the Applicable Laws. You agree and, where required, consent to the collection of information about your usage of the Platform and Services. This information is required to provide the Services to you. If you do not privide such information, it may delay or prevent us from providing the Services. For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

3.1.2I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers.
